For most home owners, cleaning your own windows is difficult, time consuming, and fraught with danger if using ladders to reach upstairs windows and conservatory roofs. I can help you avoid that chore, and provide a professional, efficient and quality window cleaning service.

Using the latest equipment and a method now largely standard across this industry, I will wash your windows with 100% Pure Water, using a water-fed-pole (WFP) system from the safety of the ground. I will also wash the window frames and sills with every window wash at no extra charge.

The WFP system uses extendable poles which can reach up to 45 feet in height, ensuring I can safely access all but the most restricted windows on most domestic properties, flats (up to four storeys), low-rise offices and shops. All of this from the safety of ground level, and totally avoiding the use of ladders.

The use of 100% Pure Water, produced in my static, de-ionising water system, ensures a much more efficient, streak-free clean of your windows. If your windows are particularly dirty, or have not been cleaned with Pure Water before, an initial and subsequent second clean may be required before you see the much higher quality of clean I can get using this method. And with a regular cleaning regime (every four weeks is recommended for best effect), you can be assured of longer-lasting, quality cleaned windows between washes.

I can also include a conservatory window clean, skylight/Velux window clean, or garage door wash for a small, additional charge.

Having a neatly mowed and trimmed 

lawn that we can look out on and admire, or on which we can spend time socialising with family and friends, is something that many of us desire. However, also for many of us, having the 'spare time' and energy to spend tackling our lawn maintenance tasks is a resource that is limited. So, often mowing and edging the lawn becomes a time-consuming and tiring chore that keeps us from all the other, more enjoyable pastimes that we would prefer to be doing.

That's where I can help.

Mowing regularly and frequently is one of the most important tasks in maintaining a healthy and beautiful lawn. Little and often is the key to success.

I can offer a regular grass cutting service on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, to best suit the needs of you and your lawn. Or if you prefer, a one-off cut for houses, small business premises, pubs and hotels.

With each cut, I will strim and edge the lawn, then carry out the main mow, ensuring that all clippings are either collected and disposed of, or mulched back into the lawn to provide nutrition to your lawn. (There will be a small, additional charge for the removal and disposal of clippings and cuttings, or they can be disposed of free of charge in your own composting system or local authority brown bin garden waste collection, if you have one).

In addition to the mowing services that I provide, I can also offer a hedge trimming and shrub pruning service. Using my petrol powered kombi/multi tool, I am able to reach all but the tallest hedges to keep your garden hedges neat and tidy, and with extending loppers and hand-held pruning saw I am able to provide light pruning of shrubs and bushes.

Please note that I am not a tree surgeon, and I am unable to offer tree work or high-level hedge cutting.

I offer the cleaning of the windows and frames of your conservatory, at a small additional charge, as part of my general window cleaning service, but sometimes the roof panels, gutters, decorative finials need an extra clean to remove all the green algae and dirt that builds up over time. These roof panels and finials are more delicate than the frames and windows of a conservatory and require a more specialist cleaning. I hope to be introducing a new, professional cleaning service for conservatory roofs and gutters in the near future, and to be able to carry out two six-monthly seasonal conservatory cleans. 

Using a specialist foam contact cleaner with a biocide to help remove all that green algae and gently lift all the caked-on dirt, I will spray all the roof panels, finials and gutters on your conservatory roof, then with my water-fed-pole system with 100% pure water and a gentle flocked cleaning brush to work on stubborn dirt, I will carefully rinse down all panels, gutters and frames, leaving your conservatory roof sparkling clean.

I will then proceed to wash down and clean your main conservatory windows and frames, so providing a full, professional conservatory clean from top to bottom.

Another new service that I hope to be introducing in the near future, alongside my regular lawn mowing service, is to be able to offer a programme of seasonal lawn care treatments.

Preferring to use environmentally friendly treatments wherever possible for weed and pest control and fertilizer products, depending on your specific lawn needs, I will be able to offer a bi-monthly programme of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter feeds, as well as moss control and weed treatments, alongside the mechanical processes of annual scarification and aeration.
